

We help you to run for longer and faster while also increasing your speed. Over the course of six sessions, your biomechanics are assessed by our trained coaches by analysing and videoing your running techniques and investigating the way you run. Our modules include;
Recreational module - Running technique assessment and coaching for men and women.
Kids module - We work with kids from 8years upwards, increasing their speed and giving them a skill for life.
Elite Module – Technical correction and speed training for the elite and serious athlete.
Multidirectional speed and quickness – We increase your speed for participation in team games, i.e. Gaelic Football, Soccer and Rugby.
