We provide full biomechaincal evlauations to assess the way you stand, walk and run. This is achieved through our video anlaysis system in which your key biomechanical defencies can be evaluated, identified and re-trained. Having trouble with your feet? We also specialise in assessing the biomechanics of the foot in helping reduce foot and ankle pain, knee and back pain. Our objective is to provide customised fitted footwear and orthotics with a proven biomechanical profiling system, providing the perfect shoe to match your walking and running style therefore reducing pain in troublesome areas.
Our video analysis system and pressure plate system allows us to assess your biomechanics and helps identify the areas which may be problematic or areas in which you may be currently experiencing pain. We use this to alleviate and treat conditions such as:
Plantar fasciitis or heel spurs - a common foot condition that causes heel pain and pain in the sole of the foot.
Talar dome inflammation – pain and inflammation in the ankle joint.
Morton's neuroma - Inflammation of the nerve, usually between the third and fourth toes and bottom of the foot near these toes.
Stress fracture – Pain in the foot usually near the small toe following repeated stresses upon the foot.
Bursitis of the heel – Inflammation and pain in the heel.
Tarsal tunnel syndrome – Pain anywhere along the bottom of the foot.
Flat feet or posterior tibial tendon dysfunction – Pain under the arch of the foot.
Bunions and bunionettes – Bony protrusions or shift outwards in the shape of your foot usually around the big toe.
Calluses - Around the toes, usually little toe, bottom of feet or areas exposed to friction.
